Potato Salad Pebbles4 c. cooked potatoes, cubed and drained 1/2 c.
mayo 2 tbs. mustard 6 hard boiled eggs, peeled and
chopped-reserving one for decor 10 dill pickle slices,
chopped salt and pepper
paprika
Mash
slightly potatoes and add pickles, mayo, eggs, and
mustard. Mix well and stir in salt and pepper. Top with
sliced egg and paprika. Serves 8-10-yield: 1/2 cup
serving.
Pistachio Dream Ruth 4 small boxes instant pistachio pudding 1 can of
pineapple tidbits OR crushed pineapple (drained) 1/2 bag
miniature marshmallows 1 large tub of whipped topping
(like Cool Whip) 1/2 cup of coconut...or
so
Make pudding as directed on box. After it has set,
fold in remaining ingredients.
"Orange Stuff" Cindy
1 lg. box
orange jello 1 lg. container cool whip 1 lg. 16
oz. cottage cheese 1 can pineapple tidbits or
chunks 1 can mandarin oranges
Mix all (yes the
jello goes in dry) Let it set in fridge for a few
hours. It's so easy and the measurements don't have to
be exact. So if you like the fruit use large cans
like 16 oz if not use 8 oz. or none at all.
