We have only marked books up slightly. As far as we know, we have the least expensive cost anywhere because we believe God is using this book to profoundly work in marriages. The nominal price mark-up goes towards giving this book to women who may not be able to afford part or all of the cost. We make NO profit.

Regretfully, we have been forced to create these terms/policies. Please read them carefully.

Refunds
Refunds will be given, less any PayPal fees incurred by us, plus 10% of the merchandise cost if the following requirements have been met:

~Your order has been placed
~You have sent payment (check/money order/PayPal)
~We have not shipped.

Returns
If materials are returned to us in new condition (for resale) with a copy of the receipt or bill of sale, we will refund the purchase price of an item, less any PayPal fees, and 15% of the merchandise cost if the following requirements have been met.

~All returned merchandise must be unused, in good condition. Please package all returns securely and insure the shipment for full value. Returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid via USPS, USPS or FedEx or it will be refused.

~We must receive your return no more than 30 days from the date you received your order. (We track delivery via delivery confirmation to confirm when you have received them.)

Damaged Shipments
We hand-pack all our shipments securely to insure a safe delivery. If you receive a shipment that has obvious damage, please send the product back to us immediately, wrapped in it's original packing. Please contact us by clicking here or phone us (406) 259-7240 as soon as you find a problem. Contact us within 14 days of merchandise receipt. (We track delivery via delivery confirmation to confirm when you have received them.) We must receive the item here within 30 days from the date you received the order.

Returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid via USPS, USPS or FedEx or it will be refused. Credit Cards
We do not accept credit card orders via telephone, but rather, use PayPal to process electronic orders.
